By purchasing from J&J Fine Furniture you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to both new and used fine furniture available in our store, whether bought in-store or online.
Product Descriptions
We strive to provide accurate descriptions of all products, including their condition (new or used). However, all items are subject to availability, and minor variations in color, texture, and design may occur. For used furniture, we ensure that all pieces are carefully inspected and may include some wear and tear as reflected in the pricing.
Pricing
Prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. Sales tax is additional and will be calculated at the time of purchase based on the delivery location.
Payment
We accept various payment methods, including credit cards, debit cards, buy now pay later ,and other payment options. Payment is due at the time of purchase.
Delivery & Shipping
Local Delivery: For customers within the Mobile city limits, a flat delivery fee of $35.00 will apply. For areas outside Mobile city limits, delivery fees are based on the delivery location.
Same-Day & Next-Day Delivery: Same-day delivery is available based on availability; otherwise, the typical delivery time is the next day.
Delivery Scheduling: Our delivery team will contact you to schedule a convenient delivery time. Delivery dates and times are subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather or traffic.
Delivery Conditions:Customers must ensure that the delivery address is accessible, and the area where the furniture will be placed is clear of obstructions.
Returns & Refunds
New Furniture: New furniture can be returned within 7 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange, provided the item is in unused condition with all original packaging.
Used Furniture: All sales of used furniture are final, unless stated. Items sold as-is, with no warranty, and returns will not be accepted unless the item is damaged upon delivery or is significantly not as described.
Restocking Fee : A restocking fee may apply for returned items, depending on the condition and reason for return.
**7. Warranty**
- **New Furniture**: All new furniture comes with the manufacturer’s warranty. Warranty terms may vary based on the manufacturer.
- **Used Furniture**: Used furniture is sold as-is, without any warranty unless specifically stated.
**8. Cancellations**
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. Cancellations after 24 hours may incur a cancellation fee.
Damage Claims
If an item arrives damaged, please notify us immediately within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for an inspection and, if necessary, initiate a replacement or refund. We are not responsible for any damage caused after the item has been delivered.
Liability
J&J Fine Furniture is not responsible for any injuries or damages arising from the misuse or improper assembly of the furniture once it has been delivered and received by the customer.
